Court joined The Corcoran Group to work specifically for the company with the strongest NYC brand identity and marketing presence. Court has a Master’s degree in advertising from UCLA. He began his graduate study with a Fellowship at Pratt Institute after receiving his BFA degree in Pennsylvania where he grew up. Prior to his real estate career, he worked in the advertising industry as an art/creative director in Los Angeles, London and New York. Court specialized in developing a branding identity for consumer product launches via national print and broadcast campaigns. With a reputation as an unconventional thinker, his conceptual ideas resulted in ad agencies pitching and winning new business accounts. He now uses this skill-set to market and sell real estate.

He has lived on the upper East side and presently lives on the upper West where he serves as President of his condominium board of directors. Court is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY (REBNY). Court is also credentialed as a NYRS broker (New York Residential Specialist).
